Very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and expediency shown during my journey with Rosemood. Their customer service is first-class and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Bought this as a gift for my partner. Have to say I'm a very disappointed. The pages were all wavy, clearly been in a moist environment and the pages glued to the cover are sloppy, some parts are waving and not glued at all. Doesn't look particularly professional and worth the money I spent.The print quality is good on the inside, but doesn't really make up for the fact its been poorly put together. The cover image feels a little blurry compared to the rest of the album.If I'm completely honest I wont be using rosemood again, I've been let down on a special gift for my partner which sucks.

A really brilliant job, fantastically done. Even though some of the photos I supplied were old and in some cases damaged, they look truly beautiful in the book. I can't say a bad word about it. The delivery was also good, well and safely packaged. A really big thank you for your lovely work, I am overjoyed with it!

The site says “Choose format” . I choose ‘portrait’. I click on ‘create book’ Message comes up “Choose format” I go round in circles like this and think “ Are they trying to be funny”? What a waste of time!

I love my wedding album, the quality is fantastic and just the way I wanted it. Designing the pages takes time but it is worth it !!
